Catering Charges A La Carte

 

If you choose to formulate your own tailor-made menu please be advised of the following information.

  • Staffing:

Staffing will be charges based on the amount of attending guests

Coordinator:                  $200.00

Wait staff:                       $185.00 each

Busboys:                            $135.00 each

Bartenders:                    $195.00 each

Executive Chef:             $250.00

Cooks:                                 $150.00 each

Cook helpers:                $125.00 each

The rate is for a maximum of 6 hours and overtime will be charged at a flat rate of $25.00 per hour per staff member

Charges start at arrival on the property used for the Catering

Rates are subject to change according to event type.

 

  • Equipment:

Le Vallauris is capable of providing equipment for parties of      up to 125             persons at a charge of $10.00 per person. This includes most kitchen equipment, chinaware, glassware,      silverware, linens (except specialty linens),

tables and chairs are not included. For     parties of less than   50 people a flat fee of $400.00 will be charged.

 

  • Gratuity:

20% on all food and 15% on all beverage items unless they are part of an inclusive package.

 

  • Tax:

8.75 % (or prevailing) Sales Tax

Tax is levied on all services

 

  • Deposit:

We will require a 20% deposit on a confirmed agreement and full payment is expected 72 (seventy two) hours before the event in the payment form agreed upon in advance or the function may be subject to cancellation.

  • Guarantee Policy:

Final number of guests shall be communicated to the restaurant 72 (seventy two) hours before the event. If a guarantee is not received, the expected number of guests will be used as the final number of guests.

Entertainment, Special Lighting, Valet Services, Lumières, Votives and Candles, Flower Arrangements, Pool Flower Floats, Special Decorations, Ice Carvings, Chocolate Fountains, Transportation, Officiant, Wedding/Event Coordinator, Photographer and Videographer  etc.

Le Vallauris will add their services to your bill with no mark-up except for a modest service fee to cover credit payment commissions.
